The Russell is a truly unique shoe: Traditional eyelets are replaced with leather tabs, creating a more "exposed" lacing style and resulting in what we call a "ghillie" shoe. Combine that with the brogue-bordered wingtip adelaide pattern, all executed in a combination of museum calfskin and medley tweed (still with us??) and what you haveon your hands is oneserious shoe!
